research in Hawaii

​Hello everyone!
Just a quick note to thank you for signing up on this list and for your interest in my work! I am heading to Hawaii today (if all goes to plan) to do some research for a book I'm currently working on with my husband Glen E. Swanson and with Jon Lomberg, the Design Director of the Voyager Golden Record that was launched into space on Voyagers 1 and 2 back in 1977. The anniversary of those flights is coming up next year and we'll have a special book coming out that is part memoir, part history, and part cultural analysis.
